  I asked the Osborne Park branch how much bonding product Id require.
  The manager there told me Id need two bags.
  I only needed a 1/4 of it and so returned and asked if I could get my money back on the second unopened bag.
  The female manager there took ages to serve to me knowing I was to ask this question to then tell me they wouldn't do so..
  Don't trust this organization. They obviously overstate what you need then have a "no returns policy" when you return.
  The weird thing is the bag was only worth $20. So for them to be so cheap as to refuse to hand back maybe $5 profit was really a lowly thing to do indeed.I advised them the Ministry of Fair Trading informed me they need to have responsibility when quantifying product and "no returns policy" doesnt over ride this. But I had no response. Im not going to worry about it as its only $20. But Im just warning you of such illegal behavior and tricky conduct this company does..
  I wont be going there again if thats how ruthlessly rude and cheap that lady manager/organization is thas for sure.
