  When I took my car in for a service and went to pick up my car, I had Tony to go through the details of the service with me. I am the type to ask questions in regards to what was carried out in the service and why, Tony was more than happy to answer my questions and explain things thoroughly in a timely manner which I was ever so grateful for. He has a lovely demeanor and is very approachable. I would recommend my friends and family to Hyundai Giant in Osbourne Park all of my encounters have been spectacularly pleasant but would definitely highlight that Tony is the guy to see to make you feel comfortable with the services carried out on your vehicle.   Just had my car serviced for the first time here and I have to say the other larger service centers could learn a lot from this company. The service was great, I was kept informed of the progress and extras required in a very timely manner and the car was returned at the time they had predicted, clean and ready to go. Certainly the best experience I have had with a Hyundai service centre since buying the car! I had given up hope of being happy with servicing my car till I took it here.
